OMG YES! One of their shared love languages is definitely gift-giving. And they didn’t just give one gift, they gave multiple gifts. There was one gift that really made Meleky’s face light up – a beautiful tennis bracelet. Tywaun really knocked it out of the park with that one! You best believe she was going to be wearing it on her wedding day.
How did the parent’s react upon seeing their son/daughter?
Meleky shared a first look with her father. As soon as her father turned around, his reaction was priceless. He was so in awe, and started tearing up as soon as he saw her and wrapped her in a big hug. It was such a sweet moment to capture.
What emotions were apparent while the bride was getting ready?
Meleky was so relaxed while getting ready. She had an army of amazing women making sure nothing went wrong, and if it did…they knew how to handle it on the fly. These ladies weren’t just problem solvers, they were also the best group of cheerleaders. They made me feel so welcome and boy did they make me laugh!
Were there special details with symbolic importance?
We love seeing the unique ways that couples incorporate their loved ones who have passed. On her bouquet, Meleky had a beautiful locket with a sweet picture of her and her beloved grandfather – keeping him close to her heart, as she walked down the aisle.
