Planning a wedding can be a lot of work with many decisions that need to be made. Having someone to help with the design decisions and more technical elements can make the process much more efficient and enjoyable. If you are excited about making the design choices for yourself but need help with the final details and execution, month-of planning might be for you. You can do all of the planning, and we will just make sure your vision comes to life on the wedding day. Having a coordinator will also ensure that your family, friends and bridal party can just enjoy themselves without having stressful tasks the day of the wedding. If you want someone to help every step of the way with everything from design decisions and choosing the right vendors to delivering food to the bridal party on Wedding Day, we would recommend full planning services. With this collection, just leave all of the details to us.

Absolutely! We will gladly work with whomever you hire for your photography and/or videography services! We do offer a small discount if you choose to bundle several of our services together, but it is not a requirement.

Here at AKW, we pride ourselves on taking the utmost care of our clients. If you use us for both planning and your wedding imagery, it is easier for us to work together to ensure that both areas of your wedding are perfectly in sync with one another. During the planning process, our planner can easily consult one of our photographers to make sure everything at the ceremony and reception is laid out in the most photo-friendly way possible. It also makes your life simpler because you will have a single contact point for multiple services!

We offer two options. Our Full Planning Collection includes detailed help every step of the process, from interviewing vendors, making stylistic decisions, and coordinating logistics during the wedding week. With our Month-of Collection, our planner will step in about six weeks before your wedding to help tie up loose ends and manage the wedding day. We also offer an add-on Concierge Experience (to either collection), which includes additional services such as tracking RSVP responses, delivering welcome bags to your out-of-town guests, and even stocking your hotel fridge for the wedding weekend.

Yes! You can certainly add the planning of other events onto your package for an additional fee. Our Pensacola wedding planners know all the best historic locations, and our Destin wedding planner knows the local spots!

For Month-of Clients, we will provide a curated list of vendors that fits your budget and style, after our initial consultation. This should help you narrow down your options to make your choices easier to make. For our Full Planning Clients, we will work with you to find out which vendors are best for you, and arrange vendor meetings for you. We will also attend any vendor meetings, if you would like our opinion or support! Especially helpful if you are planning a destination wedding, our Destin wedding planner can connect you with the best wedding vendors.
