The best details from Ashley + Tyler’s wedding day were those centered around their family. The bride incorporated touches throughout the day in remembrance of her late mother, including wearing her heirloom strand of pearls. The bride also kept a card from her mother close to her chest, one she made out to her daughter shortly before passing away. The couple also kept their children at the forefront of their day, having them join at the altar + take part in a special family dance during the reception. It was those moments that highlighted the unity and support of the couple’s loved ones.

Ashley + Tyler’s wedding reception had so many thoughtful touches for their guests to enjoy. The bride and groom chose to gift their favorite treats as favors. Chocolate chip cookies for her, gummy bears for him, and scratch off tickets for them both! The duo even took the extra step of gathering mixed currency and providing each scratch off ticket with its own personal and unique coin.
What was special about the first time the bride and groom saw each other?
The bride and groom met prior to their ceremony to join in prayer and exchange heartfelt gifts. Standing back to back, Tyler read to his bride from a custom leather bound bible embossed with “I have found the one whom my soul loves,” along with their wedding date. After expressing their devotion and commitment to each other, their family, and their shared faith, the couple turned to see each other for the first time.
