This styled shoot is very close to my heart and something I have been dreaming of since the beginning of my career as a professional photographer. Having my culture and heritage as the heart of this styled shoot meant everything to me.
Frida Kahlo is the epitome of Mexico and Hispanic culture. She embodied resilience, confidence, and boldness and brought those qualities to life in her artwork.
Her unique and abstract work, along with her iconic look were the driving forces for the inspiration surrounding this shoot. We wanted the shoot to be unique, colorful, and most importantly embody Mexican aesthetic – to feel completely FRIDA!
Each vendor played a vital role to make our vision come to life and we are incredibly excited to share it with you!
