Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
“Florida is known for being in the path of storms. The days leading up to Natalie and Paul’s wedding had everyone a bit worried due to hurricane Dorian. Thankfully their wedding day wasn’t impacted and it was a beautiful day altogether!”
What was unique about the bride and groom’s attire?
“Natalie gifted Paul with cufflinks that had their wedding date and names engraved. It put the finishing touches on Paul’s already sharp look. Natalie’s wedding gown was nothing short of jaw dropping and definitely caused Paul to get teary eyed when her saw her walking down the aisle for the first time.”
What made the reception enjoyable?
“One thing I particularly enjoyed were the toasts. Normally there are only two or three people that might stand up and speak out about the bride and groom. At Natalie and Paul’s wedding, mostly everyone had traveled to be there, and about eight people stood up and spoke about the couple (three of which were Paul’s sons who had everyone in the rooms eyes full of water). We heard how Paul was their hero and biggest supporter and that Natalie was truly a woman who came into their life and have been nothing short of a great mom. I had an extremely hard time not crying. It was all so emotional and a moment I won’t forget.”
Were there any children involved in the ceremony or reception that were memorable?
“During Natalie and Paul’s first dance, there was a moment I didn’t expect to happen. The two of them danced for about a minute and before I knew it I saw Natalie break off from Paul, walk over to her stepsons, and pull them onto the dance floor. All five of them hugged tightly, swaying back and forth, doing a few spins here and there in between laughter and tears; truly the best moment ever.”
