What sorts of services do you offer (day-of coordination, full-service event design or à la carte planning)?
“We offer 2 packages. A “day of” Coordination and a “full service” package. The primary difference between these two packages is the face to face time the bride will have with her planner.”
How many weddings will you be working on at the same time (day of and throughout the entire process)?
“We have 8 certified wedding planners and 10 assistants on staff. We can easily accommodate 6 weddings on a given Saturday. Most planners work 2 weekends a month (on average)”

What was the most unique wedding you ever planned?
“One of the most unique weddings we have planned was a “Game of Thrones” Wedding. The decor was perfectly executed between our planner and the Mother of the Bride. Each guest table was decorated to the individual “houses” of the show. We also (recently) did a surprise proposal with flash mob, streamers, and confetti canons. Find it on You Tube.”

What’s your secret for staying calm under pressure?
“Simply, remembering that it is NOT our day. The goal is to make sure that the bride/groom and family has a happy day. If we are stressed, then everyone else is too. Yes, we can absolutely become stressed but we try not to show it outwardly.”

What’s your favorite part of wedding day?
“When I get to ask the bride and her Dad “Are you ready to walk down the aisle?” The bride always smiles a huge smile and emphatically says “YES”. Her dad tries to hold back his tears, and softly says “Me too”.”
Do you have a dream wedding location you want to plan?
“Greece! (Santorini to be specific). Have you seen the water there?? It is AMAZING.”
What is your best piece of advice for brides?
“You only get one day to do this right. Don’t sweat the small stuff but definitely splurge on the items that you have always dreamed about having. What makes you different?
“We are not the planners that disappear during your reception. We have a minimum of 2 planners on the floor with you and your guests at all times. We are there to watch the flow of your reception and meet needs long before the guests know that they have needs to be met.”
What is the craziest thing you have seen at a wedding?
“LOL. There have been so many moments…One of my personal favorites was when the Groom did a partial strip tease for his bride before removing her garter (IN FRONT OF EVERYONE). We did not expect this and we were all a little nervous and a little impressed by this dancing groom.”
