There’s something so magical about destination weddings — the way they gather everyone together in one beautiful place. For Paige and Federico, the Great Smoky Mountains destination wedding outside Pigeon Forge, Tennessee was absolute perfection.
This celebration felt like a dream tucked into the woods. Paige has incredible taste, and her love of flowers brought so much joy and color to every detail of the day. Her bridesmaids wore mismatched blue and white dresses, each one a little different, and each one with its own floral story. The altar installation was breathtaking — dramatic and romantic, spilling blooms against the mountain skyline. Even the moms wore floral patterns, tying everything together in a way that felt thoughtful and intentional.
Paige and her mom share such a sweet bond — photographing them together was one of my favorite parts of the day, from the gowning to the dance floor. And Federico’s family, who traveled from Paraguay, brought so much energy and love. The joy they shared at simply being together was contagious, and when the music started, they lit up the dance floor with effortless rhythm and warmth.
For me, this day was even more special because it wasn’t my first time with this incredible family — I photographed Paige’s brother’s wedding in Florida a few years ago, and being invited back felt like coming home.
Surrounded by wildflowers, laughter, and mountain air, Paige and Federico’s wedding was a celebration of love that we’ll never forget.
