How long have you been in the photography business?
I am the New Girl in the office but have always loved photography! There is just something about capturing a moment in time that brings you all the feels every time you look at it!
Favorite part of wedding day?
I am a big fan of the dance between the groom and his mom. There is a really sweet, tender moment when a mom sees her baby boy transform into a husband.
Best tip for brides during the planning stage?
Get a day of coordinator! This gives the bride and family time to enjoy the day along with peace of mind that everything is going to happen in a picture-perfect way!
Best tip for brides on their wedding day (for great pics)?
Laugh, love and enjoy each moment of the day. Don’t take anything to serious but enjoy each separate moment like it was the first of the day!
Take me to Nashville and put me on the dance floor because I can line dance with the best of them. One time I even got mistaken for the instructor!
Favorite wedding detail?
I love a unique and sweet symbol of unity. This part of the ceremony is so special to not only the bride and groom but their families as well! It is their big moment where they become one and it is so very sweet!
Favorite non-photo-related hobby?
Crafting! I love to create, paint and decorate everything! Whether it is creating and cutting vinyl stickers or painting watercolors with my fiancé Michael, you can always find me in my happy place at the craft table. One day I dream of having an entire room stocked with beads, rhinestones, paints and a ton of blank canvas.
